Rachel + Brad | Southwest Saskatchewan Farm Yard Bride and Groom Portraits

Hands up if you can't resist getting to wear your wedding dress one more time! ***hands up emoji would go here***

That's exactly what Rachel did. Rachel and Brad were married on March 5th, 2016, just three weeks before Tim and I said our "I do's." It was at their wedding when Tim leaned in close to my ear and whispered, "That's us in three weeks." That day, it was a delight to see Brad and Rachel become husband and wife and now, over a year later, a privilege to capture more bride and groom portraits for them. Because you just can't have enough, right? Especially when you have a horse you want to include. Her boy, Chance.

Rachel opted for a more casual, country vibe for these portraits and I love how they turned out! Brad wore jeans and a loose collar in place of his dress pants and wedding bow tie while Rachel curled her hair, but left off the tiara and veil. Even though circumstances delayed the start of their shoot that day, and we began just before the sun dipped below the horizon, the evening light gave these photos an added romantic feel, on top of how obviously in love Brad and Rachel are. See for yourself.

There are so many photogenic, old pieces and parts to a farm yard, making for perfect backdrops and props in this shoot. Add the after-sunset glow and these two and then....yep, you've got a romantic night.

Thanks Rachel and Brad! You two are the epitome of love in a country setting.
